This Jabra GN 1216 cable provides compatibility between any Jabra / GN Netcom headset and Avaya One-X 9600 and 1600 Series IP desktop office telephones. The GN1216 solves the issue with the Avaya special interface which supports sound level protection and works with all of our headsets to properly adjust the volume levels. There are switchable settings for these Avaya phone models for each headset. This cord will only work on Avaya 16xx/96xx phones and is not a universal smartcord.
